I'm Kelly and I think because you are courageous + beautiful + made in the image of God that you have a unique story that deserves to be shared through an amazing photography experience and genuine lifestyle images.
Can I let you in on a secret? I can totally relate to how uncomfortable and awkward it can feel to be in front of a camera, so I won't leave you hanging! I use the most flattering camera angles, pose you down to giving your hands something to do, take care of the details such as stray hairs, and lather you with praise and encouragement. Trust me, you can't mess this up and you will love the results!
If you were here with me right now, we'd most likely be sitting on rocking chairs on my back porch, sipping some home brewed ginger berry kumbucha, munching on popcorn sprinkled with nutritional yeast (it's a cheesy flavor, believe me!) and I'd ask you out about yourself - who you are, what fires you up, what stories you have to share, your dreams and hopes for the future. We all have a purpose and a destiny and I'd love to chat with you about yours!
I met my husband in high school and we got married when I was 21. I've been married to my love for half of my life and we have three beautiful children and a cuddly Maltese. This photo was take at our 20th anniversary vow renewal! Wedding photos have come along way since circa 1998 and I loved the way these turned out!
Jesus is THE ONE THING in my life that is true . The good news of the empty grave and the gift of salvation through trust in Jesus for an undeserving sinner like me gives me great joy to live on purpose for him now and look forward to eternal life! I love to share this Good News about how everyone can have a personal realationship with Jesus!
I'm old school. There's just something so satisfying about good old-fashioned paper and pen - especially if it's a Pentel liquid gel ink or colored pen and there's a Happy Planner and stickers involved! I may just be a tad bit obsessed and definitely have my favorite aisle at Hobby Lobby, JoAnne's and Michaels!
There are so many life lessons to learn from a dog - waking up happy to start a new day, not holding grudges, getting excited about the little things, greeting people joyfully...
I love the mid 1800's to early 1900's era. I love to read every historical marker I pass and I love to think about what life was like back in the old days. Maybe that's why I'm obsessed with Little House on the Prairie and When Calls the Heart. Give me a shout if you're a Heartie!

We're here as a resource beyond photography, whether you're looking for recommendations, timeline advice, or vendor referrals. We're happy to share what we've learned from photographing over a hundred weddings.
We're big fans of engagement sessions because it's another opportunity to get to know each other before you're big day. Oh, and because you get beautiful photographs that celebrate your engagement.
We check-in about two months before the wedding to see how it's all coming together. And to make sure we have everything we need to capture the big day from details about traditions to timelines.
The big day is here! That went by quickly, didn't it? Just know we're PUMPED to celebrate and capture your wedding day. It's going to be awesome.
We hope the relationship doesn't end after we deliver your photographs. We want to hear about the adventures of married life. And if you decide to have kids, we'd love to document your growing family.
