This brand session for Flora Creek Place, a modern flower preservation business based out of Fort Worth, was a joy to photograph! Through their intentional flower preservation process and artistry, they work with clients to create timeless keepsakes of beautiful florals to cherish and display forever. I can’t even begin to describe how majestic their work is! From clocks to trays, to bookends, blocks, earrings and more, they have a one of a kind keepsake for you! I have known Courtney and Stephen for several years, and you just can’t find better people to work with! In addition to Flora Creek Place, they are also wedding photographers who are used to working in the wedding industry and serving their brides and grooms! But, it’s not just wedding flowers they preserve, they will preserve your flowers from any occasion!
Our brand sessions start off with a strategy call so we can brainstorm the photoshoot. We talk about how the photos will be used. We discuss possible locations, especially in light of past sessions for repeat clients like Courtney and Stephen. We want every session to be unique and different than the last! For this session we opted to use Black and Light Studio in Carrollton. Courtney is the queen of props and I think we used every one she brought! Obviously, we wanted to showcase their various end products. Individual mini-sessions were a must. We took some photos of all them together, with their amazing company sign made by Oak and Honey Wordworks. Then we took fun photos of husband and wife owners having a pillow fight and just having fun! We captured some behind the scenes images of the the preservation process and some working photos as well.
