It may seem convenient, and a quick, cheap filler, but stock photos hurt your brand.
For Christine, a peer recovery coach, her personal brand photos will help her relate personally to potential clients.
After learning about a client’s business and photo needs, we develop a plan of action together to capture the desired images. Christine is a repeat client, so when there’s a working relationship already established, it helps for each additional shoot!
However, the last time I shot Christine’s pictures was a quick mini-session. So, it was nice to have more time to capture more variety on this shoot. We walked around historic downtown McKinney and took lifestyle images there for all her social media needs. Christine has a powerful testimony of how she was freed by the Lord from an addiction to pain killers and we wanted to portray the pain she was in during that season of her life. We visually showed the depth of her agony in black and white photos so they will be relatable to those who are currently struggling with the pain of addiction. Catch her story on YouTube.
Christines outfit choices were marvelous. First, because hats are my fave, but second because the material’s texture added dimension.Which photo is your favorite?
