Sam has attended Wylie Prep since elementary school. I actually met his mom when her youngest and my oldest were in kindergarten! He’s enjoyed playing basketball for the Patriots since 6th grade. He was assigned to be my son’s “big brother” last year and I know his encouragement meant a lot! He has a love for frisbee golf and is the proud owner of an amazing dog named Frosty! The Class of 2021 has definitely been dealt a different kind of school year, but Wylie Prep has been able to continue in person learning as he finishes up his senior year. As Sam is gifted in the area of media/film, he’d like to attend a school, such as John Brown University, that has a program in that area. Wherever the Lord takes him, it will be a blessings to see what God has in store. My prayer for Sam is “May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.” (Psalm 20:4)
Because of Sam’s love of the sport of frisbee golf, we were planning on having his photo shoot at a place where he plays a lot: Harry Myer’s Park in Rockwall. However, we ended up personalizing his senior session even more with a shoot in his own backyard. Literally, Sam lives on beautiful acreage and it was the ideal photo spot. One of my favorite reasons for photographing at his place is that we didn’t have to dodge the crowds and the photographers, this time of year especially! Why was it ideal?
Because of this, we were able to capture a wide variety of images without even having to leave the property!
See more senior sessions!
