The brand photo shoot for Candace started out in her home! Candace, a science-based coach, helps people over 40 exercise without pain. She helps them get stronger and maximize their quality of life. She’s the owner of Movement for Healing and the creator of the ERASE method for minimizing pain. Corrective exercise and nutritional guidance is used.
Candace offers corrective exercise therapy, modified yoga, pilates and fitness coaching. Not only does she have a PHD, but she has been involved in dance and fitness for 30 years. She has a robust private client business, teaches group classes, and desires to establish a strong internet presence.
For the photo shoot for Candace, she desired to show her personality in behind the scenes with clients, but also helping her future clients know her more by inviting them into her home. We started the session in Candace’s kitchen as she cooked up an amazingly simple pepper meal! Because her friend volunteered to help, she posed as a taste tester! After that, Candace poured wine, cut up fruit, and pulled cookies out of the oven. Soon after, she changed tops and posed on the island with a cookbook! Certainly far from done, we moved to the living room, the dining room, and then outdoors. Finally, we drove to a studio where she teaches and finished up the session there! What a fun day!
