Do you have summer time traditions? Today is one of the traditions I’ve carried on for about 13 years – Cow Appreciation Day at Chick Fill A! We throw on our spots and head to Chick Fill A for a free entree. I don’t know what it is about free food that makes it taste better!

Another summer tradition we’ve had is “Family Fun Fridays” at my parent’s community pool. My mom and sisters and our kids hang out at the pool all morning and then my amazing dad brings us lunch! We swim some more and then head to their house for a relaxing afternoon. It’s something I look forward to as much as my kids do!
